Rome, June 7th, 2021. The fourth round of the Italian ACI Karting Championship at the Circuit of Siena awarded the Italian titles for the two categories Rok Junior and Senior that reached their third and closing act for 2021.

The Italian title of Rok Junior goes to the Pole Piotr Czaja.

In Rok Junior, the young Davide Larini (Newman Motorsport/Tony Kart-Vortex), son of Nicola, obtained a double win reaching the full haul of 99 points. The particular aspect of the third and closing round was the 1.5 coefficient and the number of entered drivers (16) that was higher than in Jesolo and Adria that awarded half of the points – as less than 15 drivers were present in the two rounds. This allowed Larini to end on top of the Rok Junior classification, despite competing only in the round in Siena. As stated by Art. 33 of the RSN (“Mancata aggiudicazione dei titoli”) the Italian title has been awarded to the driver that took part in at least three races, while Larini participated only in the two races held in Siena. The Italian title, based on the four best results, went therefore to the Pole Piotr Czaja (Exprit Racing/Kosmic-Vortex). The final classification of the Italian Championship follows:

Italian Rok Junior Championship
1. Davide Larini points 99
2. Piotr Czaja points 76, Italian Champion
3. Mattia Jentile points 74
4. Alessandro Antonelli points 70
5. Thomas Baldassarri points 63.
