Tests of the F.4 accelerate with 6 teams and 14 drivers at Vallelunga circuit

The closer the first appointment of the Italian F.4 Championship Powered by Abarth, that will be held at Vallelunga on the week end of the 3rd of May, the more the number of teams and drivers practicing. Six teams and 14 drivers have been testing two days on the 7th and 8th of April.

Vallelunga, 04/09/2015 – Around half of the teams of the 2015 F.4 Championship have been testing two days in Vallelunga on the 7th and 8th of April. Teams present were: Di Giuseppe, with driver Riccardo Ponzio, Jenzer Motorsport, with up to four drivers: Marcos Siebert, Lucas Ayrton Mauron, Mico Rindlisbacher and Ali Al Khalifa. Also, Malta Formula Racing, with Kevin Kanayeth and Shlom Yan Leon, Prema Power Team, with Ralf Aron, Zhou Guanyu and Giuliano Raucci, RB Racing, with Pankiewicz twins, Julia and Wiki and Diego Bertonelli, and, last but not least, Torino Squadra Corse, with Alex Peroni.

At the end of the two days the fastest driver has been Zhou Guanyu, that has set a fantastic 1'34.290, immediately the first day, followed by team mate Aron, that has ran in 1'34.383. In third position Siebert, with 1'35.120. Follow: Alex Peroni, with 1'35.128, Raucci with 1'35.203, Bertonelli with 1'35.324, Kanayeth, that has run only the second day, with 1'35.370, Mauron with 1'35.423, Shlom, who's best has been 1'35.704, Rindlisbacher setting 1'35.746, Al Khalifa, with 1'35.775, Ponzio, with 1'36.668, and finally Julia, with 1'37.592 and Wiki, with 1'38.313, last, but much closer to the first drivers if compared to last week tests in Monza.

With the aim to have drivers trained and prepared at best for the first appointment of the year, next 14th and 15th of April testing will be possible at Mugello circuit, the fourth race of the calendar, while Vallellunga Circuit will be open once again for testing on the 24th and 25th of April, just before the first F.4 race of the year.
