On Paul Ricard F1 circuit more than 30 cars of the Italian F4 Championship Powered by Abarth ready for the start

After the amazing racing weekend of the first appointment of 2018 Italian F4 Championship Powered by Abarth in Adria, the competition moves out of Italy, at Le Castellet, the historical circuit part of F1 World Championship

08/05/2018 – The first racing weekend appointment of the 2018 Italian F4 Championship Powered by Abarth has seen Adria International Raceway reaching its maximum number of cars on track, 31. Now, the second appointment of the competition will be held outside of the Italian borders, on the historic circuit of the Paul Ricard, part of the F1 World Championship, and will see once more great participation with more than 30 drivers involved

The connection to Formula 1 and the internationality of the Italian F4 Championship Powered by Abarth, with drivers from almost 20 different countries, sees this year the addition of one more circuit, together with the temple of speed in Monza, part of World F1 Championship 2018, the Paul Ricard Circuit of the French Grand Prix at Le Castellet.

First time in the Italian F4 Championship Powered by Abarth for Jack Doohan, 15 years old from the Gold Coast, son of the 5 times World MotoGP Champion Mick Doohan. Jack will also compete in the Rookie Trophy.

At Le Castellet the Drivers Standings see first Enzo Fittipaldi (BRA - Prema Theodore Racing) with 65 points, second Leonardo Lonardi (ITA – Bhai Tech Racing) with 61 and third Gianluca Petecof (BRA – Prema Theodore Racing) with 34 points.

In the Rookie Trophy standings, first is Petecof with 75 points, followed by Petr Ptacek (CZE – Bhai Tech Racing) with 42 and third Umberto Laganella (ITA – Cram Motorsport) with 33 points.

Teams standings see first Prema Theodore Racing with 99 points, second Bhai Tech Racing with 66 and third Jenzer Motorsport with 60 points.
