BVM Racing announces the first driver who will race with the Team in the Italian F4 Championship Powered by Abarth 2019: Filip Ugran. The 16-year-old Romanian driver has grown his skills with many years in karting competitions, starting in 2015 in the Mini category, then moving in 2016 to OK Junior, where he has raced as representant of Romania in the FIA Karting Academy Trophy. In 2017 Filip has competed in KZ2 in Germany, where he has won the title of the WeisBlau Championship. The following year the driver from Romania has participated to the German national Championship, and in the United States he has raced in the SKUSA Supernationals.

BVM Racing has participated since 2016 in the Italian F4 Championship Powered by Abarth, with a stop in 2017, and then a return last year when the team has participated with two drivers: Marzio Moretti and Gastone Sampieri.

This year BVM plans to also race with a second single-seater, of which the seat will be assigned after the end of deals taking place with a few drivers.
