Bearman won again in Vallelunga

The English driving for Van Amersfoort scored another podium ahead of Tramnitz and Dufek. Laursen is first among the rookies.

Olivier Bearman won again on the track of Vallelunga. The English driving for Van Amersfoort, showed his supremacy also in Race 2 taking advantage of the penalty inflicted to Sebastian Montoya and passing Tim Tramnitz. 

On the podium with Bearman, the German driving for US Racing Joshua Dufek, scored  his first podium of the season.   

Bad start for Han Cenyu (Van Amersfoort Racing) and Charlie Wurz (Prema Powerteam) who were passed by several drivers before their start. During the first lap once again Pietro Armanni (Iron Lynx) was out due to a  contact with Jorge Garciarce Davila (Jenzer Motorsport) and forced the race director Alessandro Ferrari to call the safety car again. At the restart a tight fight among Joshua Durksen (Muecke Motorsport), Kirill Smal and Conrad Laursen with their Prema Powerteam partner Hamda Al Qubaisi waiting for their moves. Bearman breaked the delay during the seventh lap and passed Tramnitz, gaining the second position. 15 minutes to the end the leader Montoya was penalized with a drive through as well as Han Cenyu.

The Colombian driver, after the passage in the pit lane, opted to retire in order to safeguard the tires, as did Lorenzo Patrese. Bearman found himself in the lead of the second race as well and increased his advantage over the German driver of US Racing, but once again it was the safety car to be the protagonist after a spin of Hamda Al Qubaisi without consequences and the contact between Nikita Bedrin (Van Amersfoort Racing) and Vlad Lomko (US Racing) which also involved an unlucky Francesco Braschi (Jenzer Motorsport). The race ended behind the safety car with Bearman, Tramnitz and Dufek on the podium ahead of Joshua Durksen (BWT Muecke Motorsport) and Conrad Laursen who also conquered the first place among the rookies. 

In sixth place Kirill Smal (Prema Powerteam) anticipated a formidable Bence Valint (Van Amersfoort Racing) able to recover from twelfth position and to precede under the checkered flag Leonardo Fornaroli (Iron Lynx). To close the top 10 Jonas Ried (BWT Muecke Motorsport) and Levente Revesz (AKM Motorsport) who complete the podium of the rookies. 

At 5.00 pm the race that will close the weekend in Vallelunga.
