Start is on wet track that seemingly could dry up thanks to a warm sun, but finally will the race will be definitely needing wet tyres. At the start Blomqvist (KIC Motorsport) maintains the leadership, while Fittipaldi (Prema Powerteam) tries to overtake, but loses second position in favour of his teammate Vesti, gaining it soon back.

14’ to the end great overtake by Fittipaldi on Blomqvist. Immediately after it is Vesti to overtake the Finnish. The Prema couple leads with the Danish close to the Brasilian. 11’ to the end also Caldwell (Prema Powerteam) overtakes Blomqvist, so podium is all Prema. 7’ to the end Fittipaldi goes wide and for a moment seems to lose the leadership, but holds on to it until 2 minutes later when the Danish overtakes him internally.

 

2’30” to the end a great overtake by Sophia Floersch (US Racing) to her compatriot and teammate, winner of race 1, David Schumacher.

In the final stages Vesti is the fastest and Fittipaldi loses contact, while Olli Caldwell (Prema Powerteam) catches up. Under the checkered flag first is Vesti, followed by Fittipaldi and Caldwell just behind the Brazilian. Very good results also for the Australian Joey Mawson (Van Amersfoort Racing AV), fourth, and Sophia Floersch, fifth.
