The Italian Rally 2012 Championship has just finished but talks about the next season are already undergoing. The first to get to action were the protagonists of the season just concluded, particularly Skoda and Peugeot.
Peugeot verbally renewed the agreement with Paolo Andreucci, while only a few small details need still to fall into place before signing the contract. In case of agreement, the Tuscan driver will compete on the 208 R2 waiting for the homologation, next June, of the R5 version.
Some other teams showed interest in the Italian Champion though, offering him the chance to be at the wheel of a car allowing him to compete in 2013 for yet another Italian title.
