Sarno, July 17th, 2024.
The fourth round of the Italian ACI Karting Championship, scheduled for July 18-21 at the International Circuit Napoli in Sarno, boasts an excellent number of entries, with 224 drivers on the provisional entry list. These drivers will be engaged in the well-established race format. Once again, many drivers are ready to guarantee an excellent show on the track in the usual categories: MINI, OK-N Junior, OK-N, and KZ2. This event will feature top contenders as the championship heads into its final stretch, concluding on September 22 in Lonato.

The New Layout of Sarno.
The International Circuit Napoli now features a new layout at the entry section to the main straight, replacing the previous hairpin with an "S" curve. The first corner after the start has also been improved, and several sections have been resurfaced. The track now measures 1,670 meters.

Standings after the first three rounds.
Following the first three rounds, which saw 224 drivers in Triscina, 214 in La Conca, and 238 in Val Vibrata from 30 nations, the standings highlight the main candidates for the 2024 title. However, the increasing scoring system of the championship and the last two rounds in Sarno and Lonato keep many possibilities open for the challengers.

KZ2 - Cristian Bertuca Leads with 3 wins.
Cristian Bertuca remains in the lead with three victories in the first three finals, two in Triscina and the third in La Conca. However, he had to concede the top podium spot to Alessio Piccini in race 2 at La Conca, Danilo Albanese in race 1 at Val Vibrata, and Maksim Orlov in race 2 at Val Vibrata. Bertuca also leads the Under 18 category, while Davide Forè dominates in the Master category.

OK-N - 3 wins for leader Federico Rossi.
Federico Rossi leads the OK-N standings thanks to three victories: in Triscina and La Conca in race 1, and in Val Vibrata in race 2. He is followed by Gino Rocchio, who won in Val Vibrata in race 1 and is determined to challenge the leader. Third is the Turkish driver Bati Ege Yildirim, and fourth is the Polish driver Karol Pasiewicz, with a win in race 2 at La Conca.
OK-N Standings:
1st Federico Rossi (ITA) (#436 PRK/Tony Kart-TM Kart-MG) 216 points
2nd Gino Rocchio (ITA) (#422 Monster K Factory/CRG-TM Kart) 138 points

OK-N Junior - Cristian Tonalini takes the lead.
Cristian Tonalini's victory in race 1 at Val Vibrata propelled him to the lead, overtaking Giacomo Giusto, who led since Triscina with a win in race 1. Australian Sebastian Eskandari-Marandi, who won race 2 at La Conca, holds second place, while Pietro Bagutti, with a win in race 2 at Val Vibrata, is third. Other winners include Ilia Berezkin in race 1 at La Conca, who is seventh in the standings, and Michele Orlando in race 2 at Triscina, eighth in the championship.
OK-NJ Standings:
1st Cristian Tonalini (ITA) (#302 Tona Racing/Tony Kart-TM Kart-MG) 121 points
2nd Sebastian Eskandari-Marandi (AUS) (#348 Ward Racing/Tony Kart-Vortex) 106 points
3rd Pietro Bagutti (ITA) (#306 Gamoto/Tony Kart-TM Kart) 101 points

MINI GR.3 - Alessandro Truchot leads with two wins.
The American Alessandro Truchot, after winning the opening race 1 at Triscina, secured his second victory in race 1 at Val Vibrata, taking the lead in the standings. The top three drivers all belong to the BabyRace team: Julian Frasnelli is second with a win in race 2 at La Conca, ahead of the Swiss driver Albert Tamm. Other winners include Polish driver Leonardo Gorski in race 2 at Val Vibrata, fifth in the standings, Achille Rea in race 1 at La Conca, ninth in the standings, and Mark Pilipenko in race 2 at Triscina, tenth in the standings.

1st Alessandro Truchot (USA) (#36 BabyRace/Parolin-Iame-MG) 155 points
2nd Julian Frasnelli (ITA) (#41 BabyRace/Parolin-Iame) 107 points

MINI GR.3 U10 - Niccolò Perico maintains the lead.
In the Under 10 category, Niccolò Perico holds the lead with two victories: in race 1 at Triscina and race 2 at La Conca, despite being stripped of the podium due to a penalty in race 1 at Val Vibrata and scoring no points in race 2. The standings are close, with the Georgian Leon Chelidze winning race 1 at La Conca and Estonian Mark Martin Loomets winning race 2 at Val Vibrata. Other winners include Lucas Palacio in race 2 at Triscina, fourth in the standings, and Andrea Iannone winning race 1 at Val Vibrata, sixth in the standings.

1st Niccolò Perico (ITA) (#213 Energy Corse/Energy-TM Kart-MG) 160 points
2nd Leon Chelidze (GEO) (#207 Team Driver/KR-Iame) 137 points
