Campionato Italiano Sport Prototipi knows the first poleman of the weekend. It is Giacomo Pollini the driver who will start tomorrow from the privileged position, also taking the first point of the weekend. 1'33.906 is the time set by the driver from Brescia. Following him on the front row in tomorrow's race will be Davide Uboldi, with an infinitesimal gap, just 2 thousandths on the stopwatch separating the two. This is a rivalry that has been going on since the first round of the Championship at Pergusa, where Pollini had shown to have a different pace compared to the rest of the group. This time Uboldi has a great qualifying session and, the almost non-existent gap, shows an important growth also in his speed, announcing a show tomorrow on the track more heated than ever.

Third is the other Pollini in the race, Matteo, who, together with his cousin and teammate, had already shown excellent qualities in the Sicilian races, in which his participation had even been in jeopardy, following damage to the car after a rollover in the qualifying session. On that occasion, the driver had then managed to start, and with his performance on the track, he was able to establish himself as one of the most competitive name in roster. Joining him on the second row will be Matteo Roccadelli, third overall and first Under (on equal points with Alessio Salvaggio), who thus has a good chance to pull away from the Enna driver and fight for the top spot. P5 for the Colombian Lucas Medina, another driver also competing in the Under standings, who had already shown exceptional skills on the track, without, however, obtaining a great result from round 1 and will certainly be determined to capitalise on his qualities at the Misano World Circuit.

Federico Pezzolla, new entry of this round, will start 6th. Right from the very beginning of the weekend, he has shown his qualities and can surely do well in the Championship on Wolf Racing Cars. Certainly helped by his rich past in karting, after being the fastest in free practice, he had the start from the third row in race 1 secured. Behind him will start Filippo Lazzaroni and Swedish driver Erik Stillman. Unlucky, the latter, on the occasion of the first round, was not able to get on track to race due to technical problems, he will have a first chance to make up for it tomorrow and will certainly want to make the most of it.

Race 1 will start tomorrow, Saturday 4 June, at 14.00. 25' + 1 lap will crown the winners of the third race of the Championship, broadcast live on ACI Sport TV and live streaming on the facebook and youtube channels of @cisprototipi.
