Matteo Roccadelli (BHK Motorsport) managed to put his name at the top of the timing sheets also in FP2 at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza. The championship leader closed a lap of 1:54.228 at the end of the 25 minutes available to the drivers, when the track started to dry after rain poured in the morning. The BHK Motorsport driver was followed by Linus Hellberg (Bad Wolves), while sitting third there was his brother Emil, even though he was able to lead for half of the session.

The session was never red flagged, allowing Davide Uboldi (Uboldi Corse) to finish fourth: the Italian multi champion completed his first few laps after not hitting the track during FP1. Fifth was Jesse Menczer (Bad Wolves), followed by Alister Yoong (Luxury Car Racing) and Pietro Ferri (Emotion Motorsport). Giovanni Mazza (Emotion Motorsport) ended eighth, while the two Bad Wolves drivers Sonia Roussel and Donald Milokanovic closed the top-10.

The Campionato Italiano Sport Prototipi will hit the track again at 17:50 for its qualifying session. The two races - streamed live on SKY (Channel 228), Facebook and Youtube, will go underway on Saturday, September 16, at 13:50, and on Sunday, September 17, at 9:30. Admission to the paddock and grandstands is free for the whole ACI Racing Weekend.
