The Italian Formula 4 Championship powered by Abarth has officially began. The first day of free practice at Vallelunga is highly participated, with 33 drivers on the track. The fastest lap (1’32.697) goes to the Norwegian Dennis Hauger (Van Amersfoort Racing).

Second best time by the Russian Belov (Bhaitec Engineering), followed by the Brazilian Petecof (Prema Powerteam) with just 0.025 gap (respectively 1’33.146 and 1’33.171).

None of the teams competing dominates the “podium” in these first sessions of a championship that promises to be very competitive.

Roman Stanek (US Racing) is the first (1’33.840) among the rookies.

Great excitement for the next two days with the three races that will officially open this Formula 4 season.

All the races will be shown live on Motorsport.tv (in English and Italian), AutomotoTV (Italian) and streaming (Italian) on acisport.it website and the championship Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/italianf4championship/)
