Red Bull RIng, race 3: extraordinary F4, Minì first with tenacity

The Italian driver from the first position resists attacks first by Crawford and then by a very fast Duerksen, who, however, fails to overtake Minì, who wins and extends in the championship.

You wouldn't really call him a Rookie, the Italian talent of the Prema Powerteam and a member of the ACI Team Italia. More and more ahead in the championship, Gabriele Minì wins race 3 resisting with character, tenacity and maturity to a Joshua Duerksen who is actually the fastest on the track. The driver of Muecke Motorsport in fact from sixth position moves up to second, overtaking Bearman, Edgar and Crawford in sequence. Only the final winner and championship leader Gabriele Minì manages to keep Duerksen behind for many laps.

"It was hard, first with Crawford and then with Duerksen, to keep the lead, but also an excellent result for the championship", commented Minì.

"Impossible to overtake with the turbulence of the wake that made the car understeer first, and then oversteer," explained Duerksen.

Minì finally wins, ahead of Duerksen, Crawford, Edgar and Bearman.

The next round of the Italian F4 Championship powered by Abarth will take place on the F1 circuit of Mugello on the weekend of 4 October.
