There will be 38 drivers from all over the world competing in the Italian F.4 Championship certified by FIA, in the third round of the Championship. Still increasing the numbers with new entries, to make their debut in the series of ACI Sport promoted by WSK Promotion are the Brazilian Nicholas Monteiro, driver with an important karting background and experience in South American Formula 4, racing with Cram Motorsport; also the Cram Motorsport team will line up at Spa-Francorchamps the Greek Georgis Markogiannis, at his first evente this year in the Italian series; then the Italian Valerio Rinicella, a young talent from the world of karting who continues his path in single-seaters with the natural next step, competing in Marco Antonelli's team, AKM Motorsport; then the Thai Rookie of Jenzer Motorsport, Nandhavud Bhirombhakdi, already deployed by the same team this year also in the German series.

Once again a round of the Championship with a high international profile, with 23 nationalities represented by the drivers on the track and a heated clash at the top that brings back to the stage the thrilling duels already seen in the first two events of 2022. The clash at the top is in fact more heated than ever, after the change of leadership that went from the Irishman of US Racing, Alexander Dunne, to the Brazilian of Prema Racing, Rafael Camara. The second round of the Championship also saw the 'redemption' of Andrea Kimi Antonelli, Prema Racing, who, after an unlucky start to the season, put his name back on the map. A weekend, the one in Romagna, overall very positive to the Vicenza team, with excellent performances also by Charlie Wurz and James Wharton. In Belgium, on the circuit considered the F1 drivers' university, everything is still to be written, in a weekend that may also be touched by rain on Sunday. A sure spectacle, that of the Italian F.4 Championship, which confirms itself as a reference series on the international scene.

On the circuit of Spa-Francorchamps all the drivers fighting for the top positions will confirm their presence: while Alex Dunne will try to regain the lead over Camara, his team-mate, the Pole Kacper Sztuka, is fighting for third place in the standings with Antonelli, who is 13 points ahead of him. Prema Racing's Australian, Wharton, on the other hand, is trailing the Pole by 2pts, followed, again with a narrow gap, by US Racing's Franco-Finnish driver Marcus Amand. In P7, on the other hand, the Norwegian driver of Van Amersfoort Racing, Martinius Stenshorne, also fighting for the Rookie classification, has shown on the Italian tracks ever-increasing performances and could be dangerous also on the Belgian track. Charlie Wurz, Nikita Bedrin (PHM Racing) and Conrad Laursen (Prema Racing) complete the top 10 before the round. Maya Weug, Iron Dames, has also done very well this season. She has scored points in four of the six races run so far, and is not far off the top 10.

The programme of the event, the first of the European tour, includes free practice on Friday 17 June at 12.40 and at 17.10, in two 40' sessions. Qualifying will be on Saturday 18 June from 9.50, in  two 15' sessions with a 10-minute stop, then race 1 at 14.00 (30' + 1 lap). On Sunday 19 Race 2 will start at 9.40, while the last race of the weekend will start at 17.25.
