Sztuka confirms the result: the Pole is the fastest also in free practice 2

Best overall lap of the morning goes to Sztuka, then Ugochukwu and David

Kacper Sztuka confirmed the result of the morning also in the second session of free practice. The US Racing driver from Poland bested his own lap and stopped the clock at in FP2 at 1’43.643. Second best lap overall went to Ugo Ugochukwu, PREMA Racing McLaren junior driver, who followed in second very closely with a 0.013 gap. Third best in the free practices was US Racing Maltese driver Zachary David, with a gap of 0.187 he gained the lead among the rookies. Fourth and fifth place went to two Ferrari Driver Academy drivers, both of the Team Prema Racing: Tuukka Taponen and James Wharton. The duo ended the free practices with a gap of 0.283 and 0.287 respectively.

 

Now starts the wait for official practices with the drivers divided into 2 series, the first series will take the track from 17.30 to 17.50; the second series will follow from 18.00 to 18.20.

From Saturday the races will be at the start, in the new format introduced last year that includes four races in total with the drivers divided into groups (A,B,C.). Race 1 (B-C) will be at the start at 12:10, followed by race 2 (A-B) at 18:20. Sunday will be the turn of Race 3 (C-A) starting at 10.00, then the last race of the weekend starting at 18.00. All races will last 25' + 1 lap and will be broadcast live with English commentary on the Youtube and Facebook pages of the Italian F.4 Championship and on Motorsport TV (https://eu.motorsport.tv/); while they will be aired with Italian commentary on ACI Sport TV (sky channel 228), on www.acisport.it and on the Facebook page @acisporttv.

 

Public access is free and allowed in the Grandstand 1 (Ex A) and Grandstand 3 (Ex I), open on April 21, 22 and 23. The paddock will be closed to the public.
