The ACI Racing weekend started this morning at Autodromo Nazionale Monza with the first practice session of the Italian F.4 Championship certified by FIA. In dry track conditions, with an air temperature of 25 degrees and the track reaching 27 degrees, the stage was set for an exciting day of racing. Following yesterday's collective tests, Arvid Lindblad of Prema Racing remained the fastest on the Brianza circuit. The British driver sets a time of 1'52.925 during the 40-minute session, completing 15 laps. In second place, just 0.156 seconds behind, was his teammate James Wharton, who continued to display impressive speed after Thursday's extended session. Italian driver Brando Badoer, representing Van Amersfoort Racing, secured the third spot with a gap of 0.259 from the leader, after being second with an incredibly narrow margin yesterday. Tuukka Taponen, the young Finnish talent from PREMA Racing, concluded the first session with a gap of 0.279. The fifth fastest lap went to Portuguese driver Ivan Domingues of Van Amersfoort, who trailed by 0.324 seconds, followed by Ugo Ugochukwu of Prema Racing, from the United States, with a gap of 0.418. David Zachary, Filipino-Maltese driver competing for US Racing, continued to perform well, posting the seventh best time with a gap of 0.465. Eighth place went to his Polish teammate, Kacper Sztuka, who finished with a time of 0.486. Rounding out the top 10 in the morning's session were two Italian drivers in the highly competitive championship promoted by ACI Sport and WSK Promotion, attracting drivers from around the world. Ninth place was claimed by Tuscan driver Nicola Lacorte of PREMA Racing, trailing his British teammate by 0.577 seconds; then tenth place went to Sicilian driver Alfio Spina of BVM Racing, with a gap of 0.694 seconds from the fastest lap.

The session was briefly interrupted after a few laps due to Matteo Quintarelli of R-ace GP going into the gravel, but the driver quickly rejoined the session. Several drivers encountered difficulties with track limits at Turn 5, resulting in some laps being deleted.

The next practice session, also lasting 40 minutes, will begin at 12:15. This evening, the official qualifying sessions will take place at Autodromo Nazionale Monza from 16:45 to 17:00, followed by another session from 17:10 to 17:25.
