February will see the celebration of last season's great motorsport achievements. On Friday, the 17th, at the Pala Congressi in Taormina, the elegant pearl of the Ionian, renowned for tourism, will be the venue for the Italian ACI Sport 2023 Champions Awards. This event will include a segment dedicated to the Italian F.4 Championship, in which the Polish driver Kacper Sztuka stood out, achieving a sensational success, marking an impressive comeback starting mid-season.

His season was a saga filled with emotions, starting from the inaugural race where his name echoed strongly with the first victory of the year. The Pole US Racing driver encountered then some challenges, leading him to chase the initial Championship leader, Arvid Lindblad of PREMA Racing. Subsequently, Sztuka consistently remained in the points zone until climbing onto the podium, securing second place in Race 2 at Spa-Francorchamps (round 3) and again in the last race at Monza (round 4). From that moment, a turning point emerged; in the following round in France, he initiated a streak of 6 consecutive victories, dominating the 5th and 6th rounds of the Championship at Paul Ricard and Mugello Circuit.

Arriving at the grand finale in Vallelunga to seal his achievement, Sztuka once again secured a podium, finishing in third place, and then mathematically confirmed the title with a victory in Race 2. With the Championship already bearing his indelible mark, the Pole celebrated the season's final race once again from the top step of the podium. A tally of 315 points, 9 victories, and 3 podium finishes comprised his season's haul, earning him the Championship.

The list of winners of the overall Italian titles in all sectors, to be celebrated in Sicily on Saturday, February 17, at the party organized by ACI Sport for the Champions, is available here.

Trophies and cups for categories other than the overall titles will be awarded to the winners in dedicated ceremonies within their respective regional scopes.
