R-ace GP is gearing up to hit the track again in the Italian F.4 Championship 2024. The first names from the French team have indeed arrived, and taking to the track for the Team led by Thibaut de Merindol will be Raphael Narac and Luka Sammalisto.

For the former, young driver with a family racing tradition, the partnership with the Team continues, as he had already been fielded in the competitive Italian Championship last season. In the Rookie season, Narac had already proven to be competitive on several occasions, accumulating points both in the overall standings and in the one dedicated to rookies. The Frenchman's best race result was achieved at Spa-Francorchamps, with the second race of the weekend finishing not far from the overall podium, while the first Rookie Trophy podium came at Paul Ricard, with a third-place finish in the class.

On the other hand, Luka Sammalisto is making his absolute debut, a talented kart driver recently officially confirmed by the Team after being chosen and successfully completing a shoot out camp with R-ace GP in October. The Finn earned his seat in two days of intense on-track competition with other worthy candidates, under the expert judgment of the Team members.

Both drivers will also compete with the team in the F4 UAE series.

Confirmations and novelties, therefore, for R-ace GP, which joins the ranks of Teams that have already announced the first names of the 2024 season.
