After the first practice session of the Italian F.4 Championship this morning, Luka Sammalisto (R-ace GP) has been given a grid penalty. The Stewards' Panel, following careful reviews, has imposed a penalty of 4 grid positions for the next race, due to an incident during the practice session where the Finnish driver failed to slow down under yellow flag conditions, resulting in a collision with Alex Powell's (Prema) car. 

The penalty was decreed with decision no. 1, available in the official notice board.
