For the final round of the Italian F.4 Championship, the single-seater series promoted by ACI Sport and WSK Promotion, 38 drivers are ready to battle for victory at the Temple of Speed. Kicking off the weekend tomorrow, Friday, October 25th, will be a three-car lineup from the San Marino-based AKM Motorsport team, with Italian drivers Emanuele Olivieri and Mattia Marchiante, both having raced at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza circuit for the Euro 4 Championship finale, alongside Ukrainian Oleksandr Savinkov. Back on track is the French team ART Grand Prix, returning to Monza with Filipino driver Bianca Bustamante, now joined by American Lia Block, a talented driver also competing in the F1 Academy this year.
The Italian team BVM Racing will field Czech driver Jan Koller as its sole representative. CRAM Motorsport will also field a single car, with Indian driver Kai Daryanani for the season’s grand finale. Jenzer Motorsport will bring four drivers, Brazilian Ciro Sobral and British driver Bart Harrison debuting in the Italian championship. Familiar faces, meanwhile, are the other two drivers from the Swiss team led by Andreas Jenzer: Enea Frey and Reno Francot. A lineup change at Maffi Racing will see karting ace Kirill Kutskov joining Nathanael Berreby in Monza.
PHM AIX Racing will bring three cars to Monza, with Maksimiliano Popov, Everett Stack, and Tuscany’s Davide Larini. Seven cars will be fielded by 2024 season champions Prema Racing. Leading the lineup is the newly crowned Champion Freddie Slater, who is chasing his 14th victory to set a new record. Alex Powell, Kean Nakamura-Berta, and Tomass Stolcermanis are in contention for the Rookie Trophy victory. Completing the lineup are Indian driver Dion Gowda, Emirati driver Rashid Al Dhaheri, and Ukrainian Oleksandr Bondarev.
The French team R-ace GP will field two cars, with Finnish driver Luka Sammalisto and Taipei’s Enzo Yeh. Real Racing, from Romania, will also bring two drivers, Luca Viisoreanu and Andrei Duna, returning to the championship after competing earlier in the season. German team US Racing will field six cars, with a lineup led by Akshay Bohra, who was crowned Euro 4 Champion at Monza last month. Joining him are Australians Jack Beeton and Gianmarco Pradel, Spanish-British driver Edward Robinson, German Maxim Rehm, and Singapore’s Kabir Anurag. Finally, Van Amersfoort Racing introduces a new driver, Australian Dante Vinci, to the Italian series. The Dutch team, led by Frits Van Amersfoort, will also field Japanese driver Hiyu Yamakoshi, Swedish driver Gustav Jonsson, Dutchman Lin Hodenius, and American Hudson Schwartz.
Until the very end, the 2024 Italian F.4 Championship can count on a large international participation, promising motorsport enthusiasts a high-level spectacle with a high-quality field in the landscape of Formula 1 feeder series.
In the final round of the Italian F.4 Championship at Monza, the non-profit organization Cancro Primo Aiuto ETS-ODV, active since 1995 in supporting cancer patients, will have its logo on the cars, strengthening its commitment to social and healthcare assistance for cancer patients and their families.
