The new calendar of the Italian ACI Karting Championship is now official. The start in Sicily on August 9th

KZ2, Minikart and International Mini Gr.3 in Triscina, Sarno, Adria and Castelletto di Branduzzo. The single round of National KZ will be in Siena. On track also the Single-make Trophies Iame X30 and ROK. The Italian Championships for OK and OK-Junior and a WSK event also run in this season.

After the long lockdown due to the Covid-19 emergency that made the last few months in our country and in most of the world very difficult, motorsport is trying to recover as much as possible of this season.

ACI Sport and the Sporting Commission devised a new calendar for the Italian ACI Karting Championship with four instead of five rounds for KZ2, Minikart, International Mini Gr.3, five rounds for the Iame X30 Trophy, three for the ROK Trophy and single round of National KZN, OK and OK-Junior.
Italian Karting 2020 season will kick off on August 9th in Sicily at the International Circuit Triscina with categories KZ2, Minikart, International Mini Gr.3 and Iame X30. The opener in Sicily will be followed by the race at the International Circuit Napoli in Sarno (KZ2, Minikart, International Mini Gr.3 and Iame X30 on track), that at the Adria Karting Raceway on September 27th (KZ2, Minikart, International Mini Gr.3, Iame X30, ROK) and at the International Circuit 7 Laghi in Castelletto di Branduzzo (KZ2, Minikart, International Mini Gr.3, Iame X30, ROK) on October 25th.
Next to these races, the single event valid of National KZN will take place in Siena (Castelnuovo Berardenga) on September 13th in a joint event comprising Iame X30 and ROK. 

The Italian Championship for categories OK and OK-Junior will be run in one single event (still to be defined) together with one race of the WSK Promotion karting series.
